MPC Energy Solutions Integrity Channel
MPC Energy Solutions is committed to carrying out our business activities ethically and in accordance with applicable laws in recognition of the responsibility entrusted to us by all stakeholders, e.g. customers, shareholders, regulators and society.
We have implemented rules and guidelines for all employees to ensure transparency and good corporate conduct and place great emphasis on cooperating with business partners that promote high standards of good business practice.
We encourage our employees, stakeholders and business partners to report or raise concerns should they suspect or witness unethical or unlawful behaviour or actions that contradict our Code of Conduct, including, but not limited to fraud and corruption, harassment and discrimination, and violations of environmental and human rights laws.
Reports of concerns can be made by using the Integrity Channel below. You can choose to be anonymous if you want to. The channel is encrypted and administrated by a third party service provider under supervision of our legal and compliance division. MPC Energy Solutions will not sanction anyone who reports in good faith. All reported concerns will be handled in strict confidentiality, protecting the reporting person and related sources of information against retaliation and ensuring a fair and objective process. The reporting person decides what information is provided. There is no requirement to prove the event, act or omission. However, to allow us to perform adequate follow-up actions, the report should include as much detail as possible and, if available, supporting evidence.
