MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received a trade notification from the following associated party of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

MPC Capital Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG ("MPC Capital"), associated party and closely associated person of, among others, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, has purchased 66,000 shares at an average share price of NOK 14.99. Following the purchase, MPC Capital owns 4,566,363 shares in the Company.
